Coffee 2 out of 100: Muffin Break Southend-On-Sea

OMG!, legit one of the best coffee experiences I've ever had! muffin break are a new coffee/bakery shop in southend highstreet. With freshly backed cakes and buns everyday and a lovely selection of sandwiches and other foods/nibbles.

I had myself a caramel latte with 2 sugars. Let me tell you now! If not the best, it is one of the best lattes I've ever had! The cream, water, coffee and froth ratio's where nothing short of perfect. Don't even get me started on the freshly backed cheesecake with a delightful strawberry on top, which just slide down my throat with the finest pleasure!

Coffee was a 9/10
Cheesecake 10/10

The Customer service and interaction was just awesome, just what you need when you go to a coffee shop! exactly what will make a customer want to come back! as i left the shop i told the "what seemed to be the owner" that i will be back very soon!

If you are from Essex or around Southend, defiantly give this place a try! :)

Coffee No.2 coming soon, look out :)

Coffee 1 out of 100

So later in the year i look to open my first coffee shop. For those that know me well- you know I'm a motherF****N coffee lover and opening my own coffee shop has always been something I've wanted to do.
So before i open a shop, i feel like i need deep education in this industry and to understand the in's and outs of coffee. I'm going to drink 100 coffees from different coffee shops and do an investigation in to why people love coffee and is it a passion for me or can i actually make business out of it ? what you can expect from these videos is me buying coffee and cake, drinking it, and giving you ratings and opinions PLUS recommendations.

So in a video above you will enjoy watching me have my first coffee at the one and only Starbucks.

I had a coconut milk latte with a cinnamon swirl. Unfortunately this coffee was unbelievably shit! it wasn't hot enough and that for me ruins the experience. You can't have milk and water warm its just not viable in my opinion. Although the cinnamon swirl on the other hand was delightful- the temptation to get round 2 was high, but you'll be glad to know i resisted.

If you read this let me know where i can go for a GOOD coffee around london :)
